A: We strive to carry out all website migrations as fast as possible. Yet, we do not have a set time frame for web site migrations. There are several variables that you have to take into account – the very size of your web site and the workload of our web site migration team, etc. We constantly try to carry out each migration in under 48 hours. With smaller–sized websites, our team typically manages to finish within 24 hours.

A: We do not gather any private details. We’ll need, though, the login information for your current web hosting account along with the name of the web site that you need to move.

A: Before we can start the transfer of your web hosting account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to share precisely the same information you have given to your present web host. We’ve also got a very rigid Privacy Policy, which specifies how sensitive data is used.

A: Your site will continue to work just like it did before with your previous web hosting provider. After we have finished the transfer, your web site will be configured to work on our system and we will ask you to preview it. If everything is working correctly, all you will have to do is change the name server records corresponding to your domain. Your web site will be migrated to us with no downtime whatsoever.

A: Nope. We will never get in touch with your hosting provider about anything at all. They will not be aware of the website migration either.

A: We support all Linux–driven web hosting platforms. Essentially, if we can receive access to your Control Panel, we will be able to transfer your website.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source web site management platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
