E-mail Forwarding in Website Hosting
The Hepsia Control Panel, which comes with all of the website hosting plans, will let you forward any e-mail address in the account to a different one without difficulty. You can do this either during the creation of a brand new mailbox or at any time afterwards if you choose that you require this feature. During the process, you will be able to consider if you prefer a duplicate of the emails to be kept on the server. This way, you will have a backup and you will prevent the possibility to lose an e-mail message if the forwarding is to an external address, that is momentarily unavailable. This feature can be enabled and deactivated at any time, and if you use email messages for important matters, it is better to use it, because no data of the email messages will be maintained on the server if the option is not active. In case you determine that you don't need forwarding anymore, it will take only a mouse click to deactivate it.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Hosting
For people with a semi-dedicated server through us, you'll need just a couple of mouse clicks inside the Email Manager area of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel to forward the e-mails configured on our server to a third-party address. In the same section you will also be able to observe how many of your email addresses are forwarded and exactly where the inbound e-mails are sent. You're able to activate or disable a forwarding account at any moment and during the process you may as well decide whether a backup copy of the emails has to be maintained on our servers or not. Although this option isn't a necessity, it is helpful as you will get a backup copy of the messages on our end just in case that something happens with the third-party mailbox. Even when they have only a short-term problem, you risk losing emails as the moment our system receives and forwards an e-mail, nothing at all will be kept on our end unless you selected a copy to be kept.
